We have space for a limited number of food and drink vendors (including licensed bars). We welcome applications from a wide range of food styles. If you would like to apply for one of these pitches please complete the application form below and the event organisers will be in touch.

Volunteer to help

Sponsorship
The event costs a considerable amount of money to put on and we are looking for local businesses, and those with an interest in our community, to support the event. The more money that can be raised, the bigger and better the event that we can all have.
We are offering three sponsorship packages to interested parties (set out below) with each offering different levels of exposure and perks on the day.
